Using Astrava

These Terms govern your use of Astrava. By creating or activating an account and accepting these Terms, you agree to use Astrava responsibly. The service is intended for people aged 18 and over.

What your guide provides

Astrava combines AI interpretation with calculation and reading tools across astrology and symbolic traditions. Readings are for personal reflection and exploration. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice, and do not guarantee events or outcomes. Symbolic interpretations are not scientifically validated predictions.

Your account and information

Use an email you control, verify it, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for the information you provide. Accurate birth data matters for time-sensitive chart features. Share another person’s details only with permission. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Appropriate use

Do not attempt to access other accounts, bypass usage limits, extract secrets, interfere with the service, submit unlawful material, or use the product to harm or exploit others. We may restrict or disable accounts where necessary to protect users or the service, subject to applicable law.

Availability and limits

The current allowance is 30 user messages in a rolling 24-hour period. Limits may change as the product develops. Calculation services, AI providers, and email delivery may be temporarily unavailable. We aim to make failures recoverable but cannot promise uninterrupted access.

Your content and our service

You retain rights in the content you provide. You authorize the processing necessary to deliver and store your readings. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to output provided to others. Review it before relying on or sharing it. Astrava’s brand and product design are protected by their applicable rights; underlying third-party components retain their own licenses.

Closing your account

You may download your data or delete your account through Account. Deletion permanently removes your profile and conversations from the application, subject to limited backup and security retention described in the Privacy Policy. You can also contact us for help.

Responsibility and consumer rights

Use your own judgment when considering a reading. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and contact

Material updates may require you to accept a new version. The mandatory rights available where you live continue to apply. Questions can be sent to hello@askastrava.com.
